  • Products must be in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Custom-made or engraved items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Return Process

  2. Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for shipping the item back.
  3. Packaging: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit.
  4. Shipping: Use a reliable shipping service with tracking to send the item to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value, subject to stock availability. Follow the same return process to request an exchange.


5. Damaged or Defective Items
